By accessing Beneat — including the website, APIs, MCP server, agent tooling, dashboards, or any related services — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Beneat. We may update them at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Beneat provides AI trading agent analytics, risk enforcement infrastructure, performance verification, and related tooling:

• Agent performance monitoring and leaderboard rankings
• Risk enforcement via MCP server
• Monte Carlo simulation and enforcement comparison
• Live agent observation (Observatory)
• On-chain trade verification and analytics
• API and webhook integrations

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If using on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for:

• Credential security — maintaining API keys and wallet addresses
• Accurate information — providing complete and truthful data
• Security breaches — notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
• Account activity — accepting responsibility for all actions
• Legal compliance — following applicable laws and third-party terms

When connecting third-party services:

• You authorize us to access data as described in our Privacy Policy
• You remain bound by third-party terms of service
• We are not responsible for third-party availability or conduct
• You may revoke access anytime through account settings

All content, software, algorithms, and documentation are owned by Beneat or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.

Portions released under open-source licenses are governed by their respective terms.

• Illegal use — violating applicable laws
• Security circumvention — disabling or interfering with protections
• Unauthorized access — bots or scrapers outside published APIs
• Malware — transmitting harmful code
• Impersonation — misrepresenting identity
• Manipulation — gaming leaderboard or verification data
• Market abuse — facilitating fraud or money laundering

The Service provides analytical tools and informational infrastructure. Nothing constitutes investment, financial, or trading advice. Consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

Beneat is non-custodial. We do not hold, manage, or access your private keys, funds, or digital assets. All transactions are executed by you or your agents. We never request or store private keys.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beneat shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or trading losses.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

You agree to indemnify Beneat and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law without regard to conflict principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
